16:10 Now and Then helps youth and their families discover new paths to better lives. We meet young people and families where they are on life’s journey and help connect resources, programs and services that reduce recidivism and create positive outcomes.

Our mission is to inspire youth and young adults to strive for better lives by providing the encouragement, knowledge and understanding needed to become self-sufficient.

Pathway to Employment
Transportation Initiative
The Pathway to Employment Transportation Initiative is designed to eliminate transportation barriers that prevent disadvantaged individuals from securing and maintaining employment. Many job seekers face difficulty accessing job opportunities due to limited or unreliable transportation.
Through the use of standard passenger sprinter vans that do not require a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) or special endorsement, our nonprofit organization will provide safe, dependable transportation to job interviews, employment sites, and workforce development activities. This initiative will increase access to employment opportunities for underserved individuals while supporting workforce participation within the community.
